What an incredible and unique experience! I had never heard of cedar enzyme baths before (which makes sense when you realize there are only two spas in the entire United States that offer this)— I had no idea what to expect but the owner, Tim walks you through the entire process start to finish and makes you feel so at ease. This experience was so cool. I felt like a limp noodle after soaking in the cedar bath. Really relaxing and mindful experience. Tim did an outstanding job
After 3 days of skiing, my IT band and calves were so sore! This therapy was amazing! Had a great day of skiing the next day. The spa was clean, the experience was informational and comfortable! Highly recommend!
