I was referred to Kyle at Tahoe Clear, and he returned my call quickly. After I explained the issue with my Catalina Spa, he said he could help. I ordered the necessary parts, and within a couple of days, he was able to service my spa. Kyle was prompt, polite, and professional, and he and Arron got right to work. I would strongly caution homeowners before doing business with Tahoe Clear Pool and Spa. We purchased a hot tub from Kyle, the owner of Tahoe Clear Pool and Spa, and the experience turned into one of the most unprofessional contractor/vendor situations I have dealt with. When the hot tub was delivered, the job was not fully completed. The hot tub was not properly set up, the cover was not installed, parts were still pending, and there was still a leak that needed to be addressed. Kyle has been working on my pool for several years. He drives quite a distance to open and close my pool and fix my spa. Very dependable and honest. Knowledgable and experienced in all types of pools and spas. Sets an appointment and keeps it. Highly recommended.
