I got a 23.00 dollar collection bill after paying the services in full from almost 3 years ago..... and after reading the other reviews its seems like this is a common trend... maybe the BBB should check them out if you can PLEASE do not use them
Getting bills from a collection agency for $22 from two years ago, when I never got a bill and all of my bills for this agency should go through my Carson Tahoe Health My Chart. Then I call and pay things off to Carson Tahoe Radiology and they still haven't cleared this bogus collections. I've wasted so much time dealing with this over $22 dollars really!!!! What a joke!!

Sent us to collections for a bill we never received. Bad.
Got sent to collection agency. Called Carson Tahoe Radiology billing department to find out why they didn't just send me a bill for the $14.41. They said that they did in November of 2021 and again in June of 2022. FUNNY! Date of service was 05/2022
