Paid in full the day of at the office and just like other reviews I’m now getting sent to collections for $28. Looks like they have been running this scam for a while. Not sure how they haven’t been busted for it yet.
Reading other reviews this seems to be common practice. Unfortunately I live in a rural area and our information was sent out for them to look over, so didn't use them by choice. Almost a year later received a letter from collections for a bill that was never received.
Don't call the main number close to 5pm, the woman answering the phone is rude and will cut you off mid sentence to get off the line. The person that answers the billing line however, is polite, helpful, and has great customer service. I have spoken to him before and he treats you the same each time. I was sent to a collection agency after making one payment and I do not recall receiving more than one statement.
I got a 23.00 dollar collection bill after paying the services in full from almost 3 years ago..... and after reading the other reviews its seems like this is a common trend... maybe the BBB should check them out if you can PLEASE do not use them
Getting bills from a collection agency for $22 from two years ago, when I never got a bill and all of my bills for this agency should go through my Carson Tahoe Health My Chart. Then I call and pay things off to Carson Tahoe Radiology and they still haven't cleared this bogus collections. I've wasted so much time dealing with this over $22 dollars really!!!! What a joke!!
