We rented Jet Ski from here. The jet ski was good. But we did not have a good experience. When we were renting we wanted for 1 hour. But we were told, we could rent for half hour and then extend to 1 hour, which was thoughtful. But after half hour, when we said we want to extend, we were just bluntly told, we are done for the day, and the person attending us, just removed the key. He could have handled us better. Great customer service and even better Ski-Doos! I have rented from them multiple times for the last four summers and I am always impressed by the team’s commitment to making sure we enjoyed an awesome time. Best place to ride the deep blue of Lake Tahoe Will be back again next summer.
They make it easy to rent. The jet skis are relatively new and well maintained. The location provides stunning views.
