I'm extremely frustrated with our recent booking experience. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to travel on the scheduled check-in day due to a severe blizzard and road closures. We had a family trip planned, I am upset with the lack of customer service from property management team. Despite road closures due to a weather storm, we received no response when we reached out for assistance. When we finally made contact, we were met with dismissiveness and informed that the property was losing revenue, leaving us stranded with no solution. Unacceptable treatment, especially considering our family had traveled from out of state for this trip. Would not recommend due to poor customer care.
