Waited on hold for 12 minutes to make an appointment for a month. Terrible menopause support.
Dr. Tahni Danastor is great Doctor but unfortunately the management and the nurses of OBGYN group was horrible. No call back for medication no response nothing on the top that they showed their attitude. So rough and rude behaviour. Have decided to find a another doctor
I arrived 15 minutes late to my appt, that was my error. I got the times mixed up and an issue with my phone. I Signed in. The staff never checked the sign in sheet until 30 minutes later then said they had to reschedule me because I was late. Which is understandable but waiting a whole 35 minutes to tell anyone they have to be rescheduled is not appropriate. I’m sure the doctor is great but the staff is questionable.
Dr. Danastor is beyond words. She's so intelligent. She's very detailed with you. She takes her time to go over your plan of care. Dr. Danastor is a humble individual. Her sense of humor is superb. On each visit, it's never a dull moment. She put a smile on your face. I appreciate her character and demeanor. Thank you Dr. Danastor. Keep up the good work. God bless the works of your hands.
