Crooks! Will continue to charge your credit card fraudulently as others have also mentioned here! I signed up for a “One Month Short Term package” over a year ago and they have been charging my credit card variable amounts around $30 a month ever since and I didn’t notice. Only agreed to refund me two months worth. How can they charge for over a year without even a contract renewal or anything?! Ridiculous!
Good luck trying to reach somebody if you need to get a hold of somebody about your account.
