Been trying for months to reach this office. Nobody answers or returns phone calls! I would give zero stars if possible!
I was currently in the hospital for mastoiditis from an infection in my ear. I had an appointment yesterday (that the hospital set up) but I was still in the hospital at the time of the appointment due to complications. The appointment was at 10:45, I got a text at 11:13 saying to call and reschedule. I started calling immediately and didn’t get any answer, drove over there once I was finally released so it was about 11:35 and it was locked up and closed down completely. If negative stars were possible I would give them all of them. I have 3 kids and I have repeatedly asked them to quit scheduling appointments for my family without consulting me first. This request was made due to the fact that I can never reach them by phone nor do I ever get a call back and it is tiresome to gather my tribe of children just to drive there find out which child it's for and then move said appointment because it conflicts with another.
