Despite broken bones, the trip to er was good. Shelby, Matt, Dr Lowe and everyone else were very nice and professional.
It was a very nice and clean facility! Staff was friendly, overall it was great. My one complaint and I don’t know if this has to do with the hospital or not. The EMS ambulance crew was told by multiple people including me that the issue was anaphylactic shock from fire ant stings. The EMS ambulance staff chose not to believe that information. Once the doctor saw me, heard what happened and saw the sting marks, he administered anti histamine drugs through liquid form through the IV. I was back to myself in 30 minutes. It mig... read more
You can come in with a missing appendage and they will begrudgingly give you a Tylenol and tell you to go see a doctor because they they don't treat people. I'm not sure why this place exists since you can't get treated for anything but you will absolutely get a LARGE bill for being disrespected and condescended to.
Dr Moore was awesome. I came into ER w severe back pain & she ordered a scan. The tech, Makayla, was so helpful & nice. Dr Moore diagnosed the problem, order RX, referred me to my new primary care MD for a follow-up. Feel so much better today!
All staff were kind and skillful. I felt well cared for at our local ER. Thank you!
