I'm only giving it a 1 star because the unit is big enough for a large family and it is a short walk to the beach. We are a family coming from 3 different states. Some flying in, driving for 6 plus hours, planning our family vaca for 2 months. Now we have finally arrived, after getting the house rules sent to us several times, Unit 206 was not professionally cleaned nor has it ever been professionally cleaned. I think when reviewing people need to indicate which unit they stayed in because I’m not sure if all units are the same. We stayed in unit 206. The location is amazing but the place is NOT worth your money. The place has not been cleaned in months, dust collection shows that. The pool and hot tub are not clean and were not cleaned our entire stay. There was dog hair and dog dander EVERYWHERE so if you are allergic it won’t be a good time for you here. Terrible cleaners, bugs, AC went out twice. Owners through VRBO had terrible communication ended up having to find other ways to contact maintenance to get things done. All three fridges weren’t working when we arrived. Pool table/movie theater was gross and needs to be deep cleaned. Missing plates, cups and silverware. I will say the area was amazing and it’s very close to the beach. Plenty of parking for our group. Very modern home but needs work. Also mold in the bathrooms.
Amazing spacious home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. 3 min walk to the beach, very convenient. The house also has a pool, which we enjoyed. Gorgeous bathrooms and the home accommodated my big family perfectly. The house was very clean and also has a well equipped kitchen. Communication with host was very fast. I will definitely be staying there on my next visit.
