I wanted this to be good a experience. She was referred to me by my coworker. We’re not in the military and I trusted him. Being a woman of color, I try to support other black women. She didn’t start the process with me but came in at the end. I felt like I could trust her and the communication seemed good. I closed on my house September of this year.
