Awesome group here !!!
The Dr is good, BUT the front desk is hostile with a sign stating their unfriendly demeanor towards provoking of their patients. The office manager is over extended over several offices and has NEVER returned a call. Don't expect to get their help when you try to leave, they still haven't fixed the paperwork to the calling Dr's! They aren't answering phones. For this alone I Do Not recommend this office.
I am so thankful to have met Dr Alves and chose her as my Nephrologist. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She leaves nothing to chance, but attentively listens and explores every concern. Her staff is very professional and accurate and detailed. I am very secure with both Dr Alves and her staff monitoring my care.
Everything went well and Dr. Alves did give me good and pleasant answer's. She helped me discuss concerns about my blood pressure.
