I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and understanding from this clinic. I will not be returning here. I discretely informed this clinic about how I, an 85+ year old recovering from double pneumonia, was treated before my appointment. The clinic did not respond nor did they attempt to reconcile at all.
Listens with care, understands patient and disorder comprehensively and provides treatment appropriately. A knowledgeable ENT MD
