This store has two washrooms, yet they constantly say they’re out of order for customers just to avoid cleaning them. By law, any dine-in restaurant is supposed to have a working washroom available for customers.
Called this location to place a big order. The guy said we are too busy to take any orders. So unprofessional. Maybe get some more staff? You just lost a customer. Probably wont even recommend to friends and family anymore.
Sadly we didn't enjoy this food... at all. We ordered jerk chicken and having caribbean roots i can with some authority say that they have no clue as to what jerk chicken is. The food was flavorless and very very spicy, the chicken was horrible. Honestly it was one bite and we were done, we had to get food from another establishment. MAYBE, sometime in the future we might try it again.....
