Shout out to Tahini's for the driest chicken shawarma meat. I have had 2 decent meals from tahinis so I always have hope, but nope, out for probably more than 10 meals I've had, the chicken is always super dry and almost plasticy in texture. It's like it's burnt but not burnt to crisp, so it has this weird texture. I purchased a buy one get one free Habibi bowl from Uber eats yesterday and that will be my last purchase from here. Didn't have some ingredients. Didn't offer incentive to avoid a refund (offer a coupon on next visit or a free item or size upgrade.. anything to show appreciation for loyalty and avoid throwing out food). Instead of a return to the original payment method, I got cash and the amount was rounded down, rather than up ($14.68). It's just pettiness. We all know how it works by now.
