This is or definitely should be an illegal business. It is run out of the guy’s apartment which has an overwhelming stench of cat urine. Very dirty. The one positive is he was able to get me the tags the next day, however I met him and he just went to a different tag agency, Deerfield tag and title, to do it for me. If you are thinking of using this service, don’t. He must not have a license and just cons people charging them double the going rate.

3 stars because the work was done and done very quickly. The only concern I had is the business environment and I want to warn the public before you’re taken by surprise like I was. The inside of the home business has a strong odor of cat urine. There was nowhere for me to sit down and discuss business with the owner. I basically stood there in the living room area while they took all of my paperwork. They do not take credit or debit card but luckily I was able to use Zelle.
