We’ve been consistently facing issues with this clinic’s service. Every time we try to call for appointments or inquiries, the phone goes straight to voicemail—no one ever answers. The situation with the blood tests is even worse. The doctor informed us that the clinic opens at 8:30 AM for blood work, but we were left waiting outside for nearly an hour before the doors were finally opened. the service is too bad.. no one is pickup the call . i dealed the phone several times.. no care for patients .. very bad expericence.. does a good doctor like this ?

Dr. Tagore is an amazing and a good doctor. But his office with answering phone calls is ridiculous. My parents have been with him for 20 years. Never had an issue with calling and scheduling appointment. But for last 4-5 years it’s been ridiculous service. Office never answers phone calls or returns call even if u leave voice message. I am switching doctor because of this. Going with Dr. Narain instead. His office is responsive and Dr. Narain is a VERY GOOD DOCTOR.

There office staff never get back to you and have a hard time calling in prescriptions to pharmacies.
