Extremely kind, professional, and AMAZING repair work. My husband and I purchased a rug in Istanbul on our honeymoon, so it is very sentimental to us. Hamid and his father are once again taking care of an old rug that needed to be reweaved in spots, fringe replaced, washed and taken care of with loving care. I had a bad experience with Remmers and found Taghavi's and will never change again. They taught me how to take proper care of my rugs to preserve them for many years to come. They are awesome! We thought our silk rug was ruined after our babysitter cleaned it with carpet cleaner after our daughter threw up on it. This wonderful family business hand cleaned it and in the end it looked much better than even when we bought it! Highly recommended!!!
