Absolutely irresponsible management. Avoid any and all of their properties.
I was using the rooftop fireplaces at night and Tim to use the bathroom, and forgot the hours it was open and was locked out with the fire and all my belongings outside, the building manager Erin, was so amazing helpful late at night and after being woken up, she explained the process, wait time, issues she was having to fix it and overall saved the day:) 10/5 stars
Worst management! Zero communication, zero empathy, zero professionalism. Avoid renting with them at all cost.
Wish I could rate this 0 stars, considering I showed up for a confirmed viewing of a unit. I arrived 10 minutes early and no one arrived to conduct my tour (I waited 15-20mins after my tour time). There was no information to contact anyone, and I was not contacted to be made aware that the tour was cancelled.
Lived here for 3 years and I loved it!! My unit was a bit dated but that also meant it was bigger and more sound proofed than a lot of the newer builds. I always felt safe and the staff were always super accommodating and prompt with their responses. I would recommend this company, especially Kenson Towers, to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to live. Plus the location was awesome!
