I recently moved to Ottawa and had a tremendous time trying to find a spot to call home until I reached out to Taggart. I was able to find a fantastic apartment near the downtown area. The staff and process were top notch. I dealt with a Tyenna, Very friendly, patient and helpful. It has been a stressful time for me but once it was in their hands everything felt simple. Thank you Taggart.
Very disappointing experience. In my opinion, Taggart wasted a lot of my time and created false expectations during the process. I expected proper business due diligence based on financials, track record, business strength, and real deal fundamentals, but the process felt shallow and more focused on surface-level assumptions than the actual opportunity. Tyenna was so helpful during our entire apartment hunt! She answered all our inquiries quickly and made the entire process stress-free. She continued to help us even after we were approved and we really appreciate all she did!
Wish I could give this place a 0 stars. Not good people were not helpful and never answered calls or emails CONSTANTLY awful business don’t give your money to these people!
