Wish I could give this place a 0 stars. Not good people were not helpful and never answered calls or emails CONSTANTLY awful business don’t give your money to these people!
I recently moved to Ottawa and had a tremendous time trying to find a spot to call home until I reached out to Taggart. I was able to find a fantastic apartment near the downtown area. The staff and process were top notch. Very friendly, patient and helpful. It has been a stressful time for me but once it was in their hands everything felt simple. Thank you Taggart.
Living in this building has been a frustrating experience largely because of the complete failure of management to provide basic, functional amenities. This is a 10-floor apartment building with hundreds of residents, yet there are only five washers and six dryers for the entire complex. That is already completely unreasonable for a building this size. At any given time, at least two washers and two dryers are broken.
