I would leave 0 stars if I could! About 6 weeks before an upcoming move, I paid to have Taggabox deliver and pickup reusable plastic moving boxes from SC to NC. 4 days before the boxes were supposed to be delivered, I reached out to confirm with the company and they confirmed. Then, they emailed me after saying they no longer serviced SC or NC.... The company had my zip codes for over a month, when I asked why I was hearing about this only 4 days before the anticipated delivery they said that my zip codes were 'overlooked'. ... read more

This is a decision that was recently made and we sincerely apologize for not reaching out to you earlier. We did provide you with 2 companies in your area that can supply you with boxes and you're being refunded immediately.
They moved my parents and overcharged them by $1300! They refused to move whatever they didn't want to move. They broke items and defamed property because they didn't feel like moving. They brought boys for a mans job and also brought a small truck so they could charge for multiple trips. They punchered holes in furniture and broke plug for freezer so that it wouldn't work. Stole a plug for washer and dryer so that it could not be used until another was purchased. Nasty attitude at front office and refused to refund money. D... read more
