One of the side rollers was broken. There is never enough water to get all the soap off
I came at the end of the day not knowing the vacuums would be turned off. I got my car washed but as I was vacuuming my first side, everything turned off and I never got to finish. It would have been nice to know everything turned off. Nobody said a word to me when I pulled up.
