We had received a gift certificate for our other vehicle, that still had time on it, and Tagg-n-Go refused to finish honoring it and said that it just wasn’t valid. We were paying for a membership on our other vehicle and they refused to help figure out why our gift certificate wasn’t working anymore even though it had time. They also had our card and refused to charge it if the gift certificate really wasn’t valid anymore. Horrible service, the managers at the locations can’t do anything to help you. Great carwash. Friendly employees, free vacuums and clean drying/vacuum bays!!!
This is the car wash. There is no other car wash. They take care of their customers and I’m glad they keep opening new locations.
Payton’s fantastic he gave me the best service I’ve ever gotten at a car wash Super easy to work with super professional, but also really comfortable to be around Give this man a raise!!!
