The last brush on the right side needs to be adjusted. It’s been out too far for weeks now and it doesn’t even touch the vehicle. The attendance also aren’t doing the tires as well as they used to because I have to clean the rims every time now even though I get the most expensive wash
I used to have a pass and loved it. Customer service was great but due to just life we had to cancel our pass. I went today for a single wash waited at least 10 min because they seemed to have some issues with the tablet and training a new person. Totally fine with that, but then I pulled up to be told they won't take cash. Super annoying after I've waited so long. The employees were kind but as far as a company this is a stupid policy.
Lexi Jr and Erynn were both so helpful and the most kind!! The car wash was amazing and my car is so clean!!
This place is actually very good
The staff here put no effort into using the brushes before I go into the wash. The dryer doesn't hardly work.
