We have always loved Tag N Go! Recently since going to this specific location I have left with a heavy coat of splotchy wax. It builds up on my window, windshield wipers, etc. I’m sad because this is the closest location to me!
Would you please ask your associates to have new customers pull down to the office to sign up for a pass at the Eagle Mountain, Ut location? I've been there multiple times when there would be several cars waiting and the person was filling out a new pass and cars kept backing up. Once there was only one line open for service and they were doing it. They can move the cones, let them pull down to the office, so the line keep moving. I use to like this car wash but the car wash doesn't completely rinse the soap from the car and then when you go to dry it with the towels the towels are always wet. You can't dry wet with wet. Trying to dry the windows with the wet towels just leaves your windows streaky.
Love all the tagg n go. This one didn’t quite hit the mark today employee is sweeping the driveway, which is good but he’s only greeting the nonmember guests so I did not get my air freshener. Love the air fresheners. It really is what separates you guys. The employees in the car wash part were very impressive and thorough facility is amazingly clean, but the reason you lost the star as there wasn’t one towel to be had in any of the bays.
