We got ripped off. My husband bought an 8 pass for $48 in November at the Rigby location and gave it to me for Christmas. The pass has never worked. We have been to different locations three times and every time we were told the problem would be fixed. Last week, at the car wash in Rexburg, I requested a call back from the manager so we could finally get this resolved. I left my name and number but he has never called. Edit: I am working with the regional manager and hope to get this resolved soon.
