This was my first experience at Tagg-N-Go. Everyone was so friendly! When I was cleaning my car, Oscar came and asked if he could wash my mats which was something I’ve been needing to do. His customer service was a 10/10. Just because of that, I will be using this car wash again.
This location (Saratoga Springs) is the friendliest of all the car washes,of any brand, that I have been to in my 75 years. Sky is consistently friendly to me and everyone, and is the ultimate in customer care and genuine cheeriness. I think she makes a bright spot in anyone's day that interacts with her. Elliot and the others there are great as well. And I love that you have a machine that does the floor mats...👌 Also, great vacuum suction, and blowers, and clean towels, etc. All is so nice! We love this tagg and go location!! The staff are super nice and helpful. The stations are always well stocked, clean, trash taken out, etc.. We’ve been coming here since they opened and never had anything but a great experience. This last time, Oscar even came and helped clean our car mats. While I’m not big on subscriptions this one is worth it!
