Last year 2025 I purchased an annual pass the deluxe package. I was pretty happy. 2026 I purchased the same deluxe package and the price went up - somewhat expected but the items included in the package went down. No mention of that when I purchased the package. I think you need to rethink your strategy. Price up services down every year you are pricing yourself right out of happy customers. Always easy and not expensive, I just hate it when they run out of damp cloths, but most days they keep them stocked well
I have been paying for the monthly membership for a very long time. I rarely have time to get my car washed. But figure that is on me.so I continue paying every month.
