I have a membership here at this car wash. I called five days before my pass was set to expire, yet it turns out they charged me anyway. They claim they cannot refund the money, but can instead issue it as a credit for future use. However—given that the pass hasn't actually been used during these past three days for which I was charged—they really should refund the money. Terrible service.
Could use a little bit of a softer towel but other then that great service and great car wash
