I was at the car wash today, 12/8/25 and was shocked that I could not pay for my car wash with CASH. I dislike using my cards but was MADE to today. I will not be using this car wash EVER again.
Terrible. They didn’t allow my car in to get a car wash. Said I could pay an extra $2 to use their spray thing to wash my car. Not even that dirty and it’s a freaking car wash. 🤯 I have 4 accounts with them and now canceling all my vehicles. Terrible. We’ve had rain and the water from the roads came up. Terrible.
I have a hard time with you guys calling yourself a car wash but not being able to take my truck because of a little dirt. Maybe instead of charging $2 let us use it for free especially when I have multiple accounts. Not cool.
