Having issues with the claims department. Cannot seem to get a live person when I call. Constantly get their voicemail, and have left numerous messages. I got one voicemail from them and I returned the call within a few minutes and it went straight to voicemail. My Lincoln Aviator had the driver 's-side front tire sliced and the rim scraped up. I’m having issues with the claims department. My front driver-side tire was cut/sliced and my rim was scraped up. I have been playing phone tag with the claims department. I have had two calls from them. One voicemail. I have called at least 6 times and always get voicemail. I now have to file a claim with Farmer's Insurance and they will file a legal claim against them in court. Over $3400 in damage.
