Not sure why they have the office open when no one is available to help. Have been sitting here for 20 minutes "hopeful" that at least one of the employees would acknowledge that I have been in here with no one coming into the office to help. Also, might as well get rid of the "please ring for service" if no one is actually gonna come to help.
