I am so incredibly impressed with tag n go as a company. The Manager at the main st location is on top of things and the customer service all throughout this company is exceptional. I had the honor of dealing with Connor Dodart a representative at tag n go and the experience could not have been more professional, understanding, and productive. They get things done and don't skimp on anything, especially friendliness and customer service! I will never use another car wash. They have a customer for life in me!

The car wash itself does a great job, and the employees on-site are always friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the company’s customer service and billing policies completely overshadow that positive experience. I canceled the memberships for both of my vehicles, but only one was actually canceled. When I called to ask why I was still being charged, I was told there was “no record” of my cancellation request. I drove my offroad vehicle witb 4months of south Utah wilderness covering the vehicle, you could not even tell what make it was. I half expected to get run off, instead the staff was very personable and even though I offered to pay additional, they made it clear if once through was not enough they would run it again until the vehicle was clean with no additional costs, the owner stepped in and verified after introducing himzelf. 2 runs and the rig was clean, outstanding!
