I lived in one of their apartments with 6kids for 4years and they never fix anything not even my heat
Previously rented an apartment under Tager, it was not cleaned or ready move in day, the fridge had maggots in it. I moved out after a few months with notice and they never returned my security deposit. I took them to small claims court and won, this was back in 2018 and still have not received my deposit back. They are scammers, awful slumlords. Would never recommend these people to my worst enemy
