Did not submit my paperwork with the MVA correctly and will not answer the phone
Yet another case of the paperwork never being submitted to the MVA and being unable to renew my tags. According to the MVA investigator I spoke to, he has over 200 cases of this exact scenario happening with this place. Absolutely will not do business here ever again even if I had to ride a horse from here on out.

I went on Friday, paid my money for a new title and new plates, they told me to come back on Saturday at noon. When I returned at noon the dealership was closed and the open sign was on. I waited a whole hour for someone to arrive but they never came. I decided to return on Monday morning at 10 and it was closed again today!
