If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly the work they do is great and only had to ask for them to fix certain things in the beginning. My biggest issue is how scammy the business comes off. They message out to their customers that they will be doing “extra” services and you need to opt out or they just consider your silence a yes. I’m sorry, but extra services should be opt in not opt out. I like setting my auto pay and not worrying about my lawn service.
