I would strongly advise against using Canyon Lands Insurance and broker Kailey Stephenson. I live in a townhouse, yet I recently discovered that Kailey had been overcharging me nearly $1,000 annually by setting up my policy as if I lived in a single-family home. This is a major oversight that has cost me thousands over the years. I have only had positive experiences with Canyon Lands Insurance. My landlord has been extremely difficult to deal with, but Mykel is consistently kind and professional with all the help he's given me while trying to get my insurance policy corrected. I have received incredible help picking what policies are right for me, and fast service!
I would give a zero if I could it's a fiasco dealing with this company. Goodluck getting any communication from them. I paid for a full year in Jan over 25 grand now I git a notice I won't have coverage in September! Can't get anyone in the office to answer the phone or an email.
I've used them for numerous years, they used to be good but as of late, horrible. No one answers the phone and they've ghosted me after NUMEROUS emails about an umbrella policy.
