The cholas team has always treated us like we are there only customers that mattered. They call on me and my wife’s birthday every year. The customer service is second to none!
Fast and friendly service. Done business with this company for probably close to ten years. They are under new ownership now, but still provide great service. I would highly recommend!
They dropped theft insurance from my policy without my knowledge when I made another change. Ultimately it's my fault for not noticing this once I got the updated policy documents, but it's ridiculous that they did this without telling me.
