I had a horrible experience dealing wit TAG concerning my Lexus. I had an electrical problem, they took a considerable amount of my money and DID NOT fix my problem. BEWARE BEWARE. RIP OFF ARTIST.
I've been using TAG Automotive since I moved from NY two years ago. I find them to be honest, timely and flexible to work with. The customer service is ok when the owner is not around, but top notch when he's there. Prices can be slightly higher, but I will pay more for the honesty, integrity and willingness to determine and resolve a problem until I'm satisfied. Rip-off artists! Don't go there unless you want to throw your money away.
My vehicle was having soo many problems I did not know what to fix first. The guys at TAG were not only honest and quick, but the price far beat any other shop by leaps and bounds. That shop is immaculate and so well run!! They are knowledgeable and personable as well. No need to WALK anywhere when you can have the guys at TAG keep your car in tip top shape. If you had a different experience I guess you must be one of those "feel sorry for me" people.
I would rather walk to China and back bare-footed on 105 degree asphalt then take my car to TAG automotive. They're prices are outrages and they act like because they can fix a car they are angels of the Lord. Well guess what, they arent and their service - both customer and on my vehicle were horrible. I would be absolutely ashamed to let anyone know this is where i took my vehicle. Take your money and your time somewhere else
