We left our vehicle with TAG in October of 2024 and they promised completion of the repairs by November 4 of 2024. I am writing this review on December 23, 2025. After 14½ months of unreturned phone calls and emails, both ours and ICBC's, we were finally told that the repairs were completed and we could pick up the vehicle. We sent our employee from our Burnaby office to retrieve the vehicle from their Langley location, cheque in hand together with a letter asking for an explanation. amazing service, got my car back absolutely spotless from my repair. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
They’ll take 50 pictures and tell you you’ll hear from them and then ghost you. You won’t know they’re not interested in your business for weeks.
Absolutely perfect service and great hospitality especially by Art, he’s helped me out many times and just overall a great person to chat with ! I would 100% recommend taking your car in to Genesis Langley as they are certainly one of the best dealerships i’ve ever been too.
