I worked with Ernesto at Tag auto and have for years but - my last experience is what I wrote this review for. He was able to find for me my 2021 GMC Duramax and get all the accessories installed before a big trip I had coming. They stayed late until they had everything done when they wouldn’t have had to do that. I really appreciate Ernesto and the guys going above and beyond for me - it was an exceptional way to help me when I really needed it.
I’ve been coming to Tag Auto for the past couple years and have always had excellent service. As a woman I’ve consistently been treated in a respectful and professional manner. I have referred family here as well and they also have the same great service.
Would be 0 stars if possible. I personally would not buy a vehicle from them. We decided to go forward with a truck from the auction. The owner informed me the quality of a buy that it would be and that “his shop” will make sure everything is up to par before leaving the lot. Before leaving the city of mesa I already started getting problems and then on top of that the next day transmission started having big problems. 11/10 service. We took a week long trip out West from Indiana, far from home, and had issues with our Ford Escape. The issue started in CO. Our low pressure fuel pump went bad causing the car to completely stop running. We took the car to an auto shop in the middle of nowhere, as it was the nearest one, where they supposedly changed out the pump but not even a week later, same issues happened!!
