I recently had an unpleasant experience while dropping off a U-Haul at this location. I want to acknowledge the young man who helped me when I arrived — I was a little late returning the truck, and he worked with me so I didn’t get overcharged. I appreciated that. However, the female employee who assisted afterward immediately added additional charges that caused my total to increase. Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money back. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash.
