Unprofessional, unhelpful, and tried to add extra fees. Please do not use this business.
Do not trust this business; they tried to scam me, and I had to go through UHaul to get my money back. I went to Tag and Title Boutique to drop off my U-Haul reservation. I left the car clean and thought everything was fine. The next day I was charged an $100 cleaning fee. I called because I thought it was a mistake, but I was told I dumped trash behind the business, and people had seen me and recorded me. That was impossible since I did not dump any trash. Unprofessional and added unjust extra charges. Would NOT recommend
Went during business hours (2:40pm) and the place was closed. They even had an "open" sign in the door, but the door was locked and no one present. I guess they didn't feel like working today.
