I recently had an unpleasant experience while dropping off a U-Haul at this location. I want to acknowledge the young man who helped me when I arrived — I was a little late returning the truck, and he worked with me so I didn’t get overcharged. I appreciated that. However, the female employee who assisted afterward immediately added additional charges that caused my total to increase.
