Taft Plumbing did a solid job installing a new hot water heater at my property. The work itself seems to have been done correctly, and I appreciate that part of the service. However, I’m giving only two stars because of the billing experience. Neither I nor my property manager were told ahead of time that they don’t accept credit card payments over the phone.
