Just wanted to say how great Taft plumbing has been for me. I purchased a bare lot with no utilities. I contacted Taft for some bids. The owner Clayton met me at my lot, he answered all my questions and gave good advice for moving forward with installing utilities. They installed a septic system and water on my lot and did all the excavation work for that and the electrical. Bob and JP did all the work and were very professional, polite and did quality work. Taft Plumbing did a solid job installing a new hot water heater at my property. The work itself seems to have been done correctly, and I appreciate that part of the service. However, I’m giving only two stars because of the billing experience. Neither I nor my property manager were told ahead of time that they don’t accept credit card payments over the phone.
