The owner is very rude!!!!! So unprofessional! The Owner Janell. Very disappointed in my service, the owner canceled on my appointment on her behalf?? Stating “I must not want the appointment.” I have never dealt with such childlike behavior from a “supposed to be” professional. I would not recommend this place or these services to anyone, this was my first experience & I would not wish this on anybody!!! Please be careful, I would honestly choose somewhere else before I even would think about this place!!!!! No, no, & no!
My experience was mind-blowing as I struggled to stay awake during my micro needling procedure. Kennedy really stood out to me as someone who is compassionate about her work ethics and very informative about the skincare products they use and offer to their clients. I am totally glowing!
