We were supposed to have our blinds hung in October November and we paid extra for it to be a rush job and done in a day. They sent a crew of workers they found on taskrabbit or Craigslist who had no idea idea what they were doing and left after dark with half the project finished, at most. Despite paying extra for the rush, they only arrived to finish the job over a month later. I'm confused by these previous ratings because I couldn't have had a more different experience. My master bedroom has a huge 8' arched window with curved ceilings and just finding an arched window curtain rod was a lot of work and I only found one that would work with curved ceilings but due to the arch, left a gap between the curtains and the bottom of the window; anyone could walk up to my house and look inside (see photo). They came to install Sutter we order for our Motel , Their workmanship is very poor they don’t even know the assembly’ of the sutter leaving gap big enough that people can see from out side .. All post and hinges are so loose you can turn them and when we ask, we were told that you neat picking but it was just not assembling the sutter that even Steave himself don’t want recognized that he doesn’t not know how to stop post to make stable and when I show him how to do it , he doesn’t want to do it because they have to remove ... read more
