Avoid the clinic if you can. Both the front desk staff and the doctor demonstrated a lack of professionalism. The front desk misunderstood the purpose of my visit and did not make any effort to correct the issue. The doctor made wrong judgment of my condition, and I had to seek proper treatment at another hospital.He also appeared impatient and dismissive when I asked questions about my concerns.
Very happy about my visits here so far. 1. Easy to schedule appointment and was able to get next day appointment when having emergency. 2. Clear communications for appointment/fee. Appointment notifications are by email and texts, change of appointment is also notified quickly. Payment is notified by mail and can pay in office. 3. Friendly nurses and doctor, I am well informed about the procedure/next steps. 4. The wait time is minimal, usually less than 5min.
Dr Noh helped me deliver my first baby. The office staffs were very friendly, helpful and responsive to emails and phone calls for all of my questions throughout my pregnancy. The appointments were very well managed and efficient. For every appointment I had, i never had to wait for longer than 5 minutes. Dr Noh himself is very experienced and reliable. If you’re looking for the best OB-GYN, you need to see Dr. Noh! I’ve been to many gynecologists before but this was the first time I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain during a transvaginal ultrasound, pelvic exam, or any other women’s health procedures.
