Not sure where to start, first off very nice welcoming staff to the doctor himself I could not be happier about my experience. Dr Kong explained how everything would work and answered all my questions. Each visit was a great experience. Do not hesitate to see him if need be. Thanks again!
Dr. Kong and his staff are awesome. I have extreme dental anxiety, and they are all so patient and kind.
Went to see Dr. Kong several months ago for a root canal on a tooth after a crown procedure resulted in an infection. I have had ongoing issues unrelated to the root canal and Dr. Kong and his staff have been so kind and accommodating trying to help me figure out what is going on and working with my dentist and another specialist to get things resolved. I needed a root canal. Dr. Kong and his staff are friendly, warm and highly professional. I honestly can't think of any detail in this procedure that could be improved. The staff is exceptional. Dr. Kong was through in his explanations. I was so nervous, but Dr. Kong and his staff are absolutely TOP notch. I would 1000% go to them again if I needed help and I will refer my entire family to this practice. I can't speak highly enough about them.
Saw Dr. Kong for tooth pain this morning, referred by Dr. Manza. Dr. Kong went over x-rays with me and discussed my need for a root canal. He started the root canal today but was not able to finish because of infection. He packed it with medicine and will finish in 2 weeks. He was gentle and quick. His staff was wonderful. The girl at the front desk was a real sweetheart.
