EDITED: My boyfriend went back to the Wilmington location that we usually visit yesterday, 4/7. The manager (or owner?) was very apologetic about the experience at the Leland location and assured us it was a "one-off" and that they would speak with the barber involved. My boyfriend showed him pictures of the horrible haircut, and the manager was shocked and agreed it was not reflective of how they do business. Carlos did an awesome job cutting my hair. Very meticulous and precise in trimming my neck. Of note, seniors can get a 20 dollar haircut.

My boyfriend got his hair cut here yesterday around 5pm, and the barber didn't do what he asked for at all. The haircut was uneven, boxy, and basically resembled a mohawk, which is unacceptable in the military. We ended up having to shave his head last night before bed because there was no salvaging the mess. Horrendous experience, and the barber was unapologetic when he complained during checkout. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
