I am writing to report a very upsetting experience I had when calling to schedule an appointment. The receptionist I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice, spoke to me disrespectfully, and refused to assist me. I remained calm and tried to explain my situation, but she continued speaking aggressively and would not transfer my message to my primary doctor or offer any help.
