We called to get our 2015 Chrysler 200 worked on because our AWD service light came on. We have a lifetime warranty on it. Even though it's a 2015 it has 50,176 original miles on it. They REFUSED to work on it because it was over 10 years old and they didn't sell it to us. So if you didn't buy from them don't bother going there if you vehicle is more than 10 years old even with a chrysler warranty. I negotiated to buy a vehicle they had yet to land on their lot. I was all ready to sign papers, but I couldn't get the "sales" manager to come down an additional $400. They could have even eliminated one of their adds to help get there, but the "sales" manager wouldn't budge so we moved on to a more accommodating dealer. Had a great buying experience with Matt Adams at Tadd Jenkins Dodge in Blackfoot! Matt and the entire sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy anything, just took their time and answered my questions. These are great people and I would definitely recommend them and I would buy there again!
