We were moving my daughter in and decided to walk around on college dr. We came across Tradashi and noticed an extensive menu for Atherton st. We walked up the 2 blocks. The restaurant is very nice on the corner. There was just the 3 of us so they sit you at a shared table. We got amazing sushi rolls. Service was quick and attentive. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be back (maybe parents weekend)
We had hoped to go to the ramen location but it was closed on Monday, so we came here! I live in NYC and have spent time in Japan. I was incredibly impressed with the flavors, freshness and texture of the udon noodles and karaage! The Beyound role was fantastic and fresh. Service was fast. The short rib udon was incredibly flavorful and again, noodles were delicious. I would say it’s the best udon I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend!
Very much felt like they were rushing me to get out of there. Sat for 1.5 hours. Food was okay but a bit overpriced for the portion, specifically the spare ribs
Nice atmosphere, but inexcusably poor food quality. 🧂 Pork belly buns: Far too salty. The pork had a massive strip of solid fat, and not in a rich, guilty-pleasure way. It was simply unappetizing. ❤️🔥 Beef tataki: Fully cooked and tough. By definition, this was not beef tataki. 👎 Sushi: The fish did not taste fresh. The salmon roll had a distinctly fishy odor, and the botan ebi tasted sour rather than sweet, which was especially disappointing given that it is currently in season.
