Awesome people and products!
Tadala is a fantastic choice for any thing service or installation related (like access flooring). Because it's a family business, you know you're going to get people who take the utmost pride in their work.
What started as a good job quickly turned south. They couldn't keep help at all, no benefit options and it got ridiculous the lengths they'd go to take money out of your check (if you clocked in and used the bathroom in the morning, time would be deducted from clock in time) the per diem is $30 a day when out of town (although they do pay for hotel stays) which is more expense on the employee for no extra compensation. Management will make mistakes on material, measurements and then place blame back on production for things ... read more
Horrible managment and lack luster work quality, letting a little boy try an lead men. Refused to pay me until I had direct deposit. I took 2 weeks to get 1 day of pay and calls to the police. If you need money do anything except work here. Ppl quit every shift it's a bigger joke than the worst restaurant. All punks who I punked
