Do not use this company, the experience was horrible. 1) they made you pay in cash and tell you about it after you have sent the initial payment by electronic method. 2) I paid extra for a cotton candy machine, a ping pong table and a bubble machine. They deliver the wrong cord for the cotton candy machine and we weren’t able to use it, the bubble machine that they brought was very old and won’t stay on for more than 3 minutes, and the ping pong table was a mini version of a table without any mesh delivered to play. 3) Cus... read more

I am so pissed right now. I contacted TADA on 10/24 to supply party items for my community annual Halloween party an after a less than professional customer service experience we agreed on a couple terms and pricing. I paid them the deposit and was schedule to pay balance off in full early on the 28th. Not only did they not call me back after several attempts to confirm or pay but they even show up.
