I never have issues with the bus company it's self just the entitled parents who think their kids do no wrong!

Absolutely awful company. The female staff that works there is very disrespectful and rude. They do not have any patience for children with disabilities and they can do no wrong. I have brought my concerns to their attention many times but unfortunately they would rather see a child fail than succeed. The bus driver we are having issues with is mean disrespectful and cusses at the children. Has told my children I was going to jail and sent both of my kids home crying off the bus. Tactran discriminates against disabled children. Unless they're physically disabled. They will kick students off the busses for MINOR instances or even FIRST offenses. They also employ drivers that cannot handle children and are also rude to parents telling them "to come drive" their busses. They automatically will lump all children together instead of finding out what happens.
