Ordered body armor from this company, states it will arrive by the 8th of this month and its not shipped yet. Reached out to the company and received a email stating it would ship by the 6th of this month and no change. You requested to cancel the order on the day it was going to/due to ship. Order details stated that the order would be shipped out by the 6th, which we also shared to you when you asked about ***. That morning (The 6th) you asked to cancel.

I ordered the *** belt clip for my husband and the product failed and came apart in less than 2 months time. When I reached out to the company they stated they do not warranty products under $10 but that I could order another one. This last order was the second one that had been installed on the holster that failed the same way. If Their products do not hold up to normal usage why would I want to continue to spend my money to replace it?? Will not be buying anymore products from them.

I bought two side plates, need to be sended to a overseas base. I was contacted by the company saying that is illegal ITAR regulations, that is only domestic and gave me two options sended somewhere locally or refund. So I pick the refund, a second email came saying that it can be send to someone locally and that person can sended overseas (so that person do the illegal part?) We are not authorized to ship body armor intl by ITAR. Individual people can get approval by going through the correct channels to send out a package legally. We don't do intl shipping so we don't bother with it.A refund request has already been submitted and you should see the money back sometime this week. We did not reply to your email from yesterday because we wanted to get confirmation about the refund first and provide the details.
Order came pretty fast. BUT I mistakenly ordered a 8x10 plate and tried to get it switched for a 10x12 immediately after ordering. I called 2 different numbers and sent multiple emails and didnt get a response until after the order was delivered. I made an order for another 10x12 plate and decided to just get it myself since the company was only an hour and 40 minutes away. Prices are great! Quality is lacking. Website said ******* would fit the Taurus 605 it didn't say it would be too big. I told them I wanted to do a return and asked if they were going to send me a return label. Guess what they want me to pay the shipping. They said, "We fulfilled the order correctly". I wish I had seen these reviews before I messed with them. I could put it out to PayPal but what's the use. I will never use or recommend them again.
